-Snowbird is operating at normal with our always standard of enhanced.
-Dinner reservations are strongly recommended in advance of your arrival.
-Dinner seating is assigned. No table requests.
-You are welcome to arrive at any time, but the earliest your room can be guaranteed for check-in time is 3:00 pm.
-A $25 charge will be applied to the final bill for keys not returned to the key basket at the front desk.
-Check-out is at 11:00 am.
Our team looks forward to providing you with the highest level of service and attention, your room has been cleaned and inspected prior to arrival. During your stay, our team members will not enter your room.
Daily Housekeeping Daily Service is not offered at this time due to COVID19 protocols. We are happy to provide fresh towels and coffee pods at any time during your stay.
-Snowbird Mountain Lodge’s restaurant bar is open to outside guests on a limited basis. During your stay, breakfast, lunch and dinner will be available to you.
-Snowbird Mountain Lodge is a North Carolina ABC Permitted Premises. Under North Carolina law, all alcoholic beverages possessed or consumed on the permitted premises must have been purchased from the permit holder. We risk our ABC licensing if we allow outside alcoholic beverages onto the permitted premises. We thank you for your cooperation.
-Because Snowbird Mountain Lodge is so well off the beaten path, all reservations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
-All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are transferable (one-time) to a future reservation if a cancellation is made twenty-one (21) days or more in advance of the arrival date.
-For those that feel they must cancel their visit, deposits will be held for future travel if cancellations are made twenty-one (21) days or more in advance.
-Cancellation within 21 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit and 100% of room charges for the reservation.
-Guests are responsible for all room charges if they arrive late or depart early. Please inquire regarding group bookings and cancellations. Vacation or travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Children & Pets:
-Snowbird Mountain Lodge regrets that we cannot accommodate children under 12 years of age or pets of any kind. We appreciate your understanding.
-Additional people (more than two): $75 ea.
-Single rate: 75% of the rate.
Holiday Weekends & October:
-Thanksgiving: Three-night minimum
-All other Nights/Weekends: Two-night minimum
Taxes & Service
-Applicable Sales Tax plus 18% Service Charge in lieu of tipping will be added to our rates.
-Sorry, but there is no deduction for missed meals
