Spring Happenings

Welcome back to Snowbird’s Chef’s Table,

There have been a few changes since my last post.  We have added two new culinary staff members. Line chefs Michael Barfield, and Geoffrey Paine have already proven to be great fits in representing our philosophy on food and the ingredients that we love to use.  Julian Tinnel have been promoted to my Sous-Chef, and we look forward to seeing where his creativity takes him form here on out.  Mr. Paine, who has experience an horticulturist in Georgia, has promised to improve our already great gardening program.  Mikey, whose meals many of you have enjoyed as apparent in reviews, has been able to step-up to running the kitchen solo on many occasions.  This is already shaping up to be an inspiring season with more to come.
