- 1 lb bag of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayo
- 3 TBS Cayenne pepper
- .5 TBS Blackening Spice
- 7 oz can of Roasted Red Peppers
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
How To Make:
Chop red peppers in food processor.
(Do not drain juice, add to food processor.)
Soften cream cheese
In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise with red peppers. Add blackening spice, cayenne pepper, cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Stir until well blended.
