There is nothing better than a warm, homemade biscuit. Chef Mike Eddings at Snowbird Mountain Lodge makes some of the best, and most requested here at the lodge. Mike shares with you his recipe for his mountain-renowned biscuits.
- 2 cups flour
- 1 TBSP Baking Soda
- 1 TBSP Sugar
- 1 tsp or pinch of salt
- 4 oz butter
- 3 3/4 Buttermilk
How To Make:
Preheat oven to 400˚.
Mix flour, baking soda, sugar, and salt. Cut butter in cubes and combine with flour mixture. Add Buttermilk and mix together.
Roll out dough. Cut Biscuits and place on baking sheet.
Bake at 400˚ for approximately 10 minutes on each side, 20 minutes total. Enjoy!
