Valentine’s Day is this week. Here on the mountain, we will be celebrating with our favorite sparkling wine, Jean-Luc Joillot NV Crémant de Bourgogne, roses, and a special menu derived by Chef Frank and the culinary team. On Saturday, February 15th, sommelier, Steve Pignatiello, will be here for our first wine dinner of 2020.This season we are choosing to celebrate love and connection with intention, and the beauty that surrounds us. For us it is never really about the day, the week or the year, but a lifetime.
