DEPOSITS
A deposit equal to the daily rate for all guests is required for confirmed reservations and can be made by credit card or personal check. Deposits must be received in our office no later than seven (7) days after a reservation is made. If we do not receive a room deposit within seven (7) days, the reservation will be released and your room may be booked by another guest. Please note your arrival and departure dates carefully on your confirmation. The deposit will be forfeited if you arrive after the specified date or depart before final day of reservation.
CREDIT CARDS
We gladly accept MasterCard and VISA, but prefer personal or traveler's checks or cash. Unless time does not permit, we request a check for all deposits
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Deposit refunds for individual bookings will be refunded only if cancellations are made twenty one (21) days or more in advance of your arrival date. Cancellations made for visits scheduled during the month of October must be received thirty (30) days or more in advance of your arrival. Deposits will not be transferred to future dates when a cancellation is made within the specified cancellation period. If a cancellation must be made inside the specified cancellation windows we regret that a deposit refund is not possible under any circumstances. Guests are responsible for all room charges if they arrive late or depart early. Please inquire regarding group bookings and cancellations. Vacation or travel insurance is strongly recommended.
MEALS
Breakfast is served 8am - 9:30am, Lunch is a delicious picnic prepared every morning for your daily outings, Dinner is served from 6pm - 8pm. If we are notified one week prior to your arrival, restricted, special or vegetarian diets are easily accommodated. For more information on dining at the Lodge, visit FINE DINING
ALCOHOL
Snowbird Lodge is fully licensed by the North Carolina State ABC Commission. We offer a full selection of fine spirits and craft beers as well as an exceptional wine list.
SMOKING
The Snowbird Mountain Lodge is a non-smoking facility.
ATTIRE
Dress is informal. We do request no shorts in the dining room at dinner.
